Terms & Conditions of Supply

1. Scope & Acceptance

These Commercial Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, licensing, installation, and maintenance of hardware displays (AI Standee, Wall Mount, Floor Totems) and software services provided by AIStandee Technologies. Placing a purchase order or signing a proforma invoice indicates formal acceptance of these terms.

2. Quotations, Pricing & Taxes

All official quotations and catalog prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to +18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by law. Written quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance.

3. Payment Terms

Standard commercial payment milestones for hardware units:

• 50% Advance Payment: Required upon purchase order confirmation to initiate assembly and hardware staging.
• 50% Balance Payment: Due upon pre-dispatch quality clearance prior to transit booking.
• Cloud AI Workload Credits: 100% advance payment required for instant automated credit provisioning.

4. Delivery, Transit & Inspection

Hardware units typically dispatch within 5 to 7 business days from our Coimbatore facility via insured freight partners. The client or on-site representative must inspect outer packaging for physical transit damage prior to signing the delivery receipt.

5. One-Year Comprehensive Warranty & Service

AIStandee provides a 1-Year Comprehensive On-Site Warranty covering industrial display panels, compute engines, camera sensors, power supplies, and capacitive touch controllers against manufacturing defects.

• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accidental external glass breakage, intentional liquid spills, unauthorized third-party tampering, or electrical surge damage beyond standard voltage stabilizers.
• Support SLA: Support requests are logged within 4 hours; field engineer deployment or replacement parts ship within 24–48 business hours.

6. Software Licensing & Cloud SLA

Access to the AIStandee Cloud Retailer CMS is granted on a software-as-a-service basis. We maintain a 98.5% cloud platform availability SLA. Neural image synthesis credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase with rollover upon replenishment.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

All commercial agreements and transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
