Our commercial AI displays and smart mirrors capture optical camera feeds solely for ephemeral, real-time image synthesis (virtual clothing, jewellery, and beauty draping).

• No Biometric Storage: Facial contours, body dimensions, and neck tracking data are processed locally and discarded immediately after the try-on session.
• Voluntary Lookbook Sharing: Customer photographs are only transmitted to our cloud infrastructure when a user scans the dynamic QR code to export their lookbook via WhatsApp or email.

3. Information Collected Online (aistandee.com)

When you interact with our website, request a demonstration, or request a quotation, we collect:

• Contact Information: Name, work email, phone number, retail brand name, store address, and project requirements.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser specifications, and usage interactions through aggregated cookies.

4. Purpose & Use of Data

We process collected data for legitimate commercial objectives:

• To generate hardware quotations, schedule technical site evaluations, and dispatch orders.
• To provide cloud CMS access for merchant catalogue management and fleet synchronization.
• To deliver firmware updates, customer service support, and 1-year warranty coverage.
• To prevent fraud and maintain the operational security of our hardware and cloud endpoints.

We implement industry-standard AES-256 data encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to client databases and cloud portals is strictly role-gated with multi-factor authentication.
